I am a clinical herbalist and wellness advocate, originally from Düsseldorf, Germany, and raised in Ontario, Canada. As a mother and dedicated student of ancient and traditional healing practices, I am currently deepening my knowledge through studies in herbalism, Ayurveda, Sound Healing, Micro-dosing/Psychedelic Therapy, and Practical Homeopathy.
My passion for herbalism began in childhood, learning from my grandmothers in Europe as I watched them create medicines from plants. Their practices ignited a lifelong fascination, which grew stronger as I faced my own health challenges during difficult periods. Confronted with these trials, I turned to plant medicine as a path to healing and transformation.
I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the world’s leading herbalists, including Sajah Popham, Adriana Ayales, David Crow, and Christopher Hobbs. This journey has also led me to explore complementary fields like medical astrology and micro-dosing, which continue to deepen my connection to the plant world and expand my approach to holistic wellness.
